U Kyaw Zeya, Myanmar Ambassador/ Permanent Delegate to UNESCO and the Chairperson of the Asia-Pacific Group (Electoral Group-IV) of UNESCO, called on Madame Flavia Schlegel, Assistant Director-General for Natural Sciences of UNESCO at 15:30hrs on 26 October 2018 at her office, and cordially exchanged views on strengthening of cooperation between Myanmar and UNESCO under the Natural Sciences sector, particularly the Man and Biosphere Reserve (MAB) programme and nomination of potential sites in Myanmar in the Global Geopark as well as strategic transformation process within the Organization.
