Business visa is for those who are travelling to Myanmar for business purposes. Business visas are issued for a stay in Myanmar up to 70 days and are valid for entry into the country within three months from the date of issue. The stay will be start count on the arrival date to Myanmar.

REQUIREMENTS TO BE SENT TO EMBASSY (per applicant)

1. Original Passport with at least six months validity and three blank pages
2. TWO duly filled application forms of business visa (Please apply in English) (Download PDF) Business Visa Form Download
3. TWO recent passport size colour biometric photos with white background (Please glue and no clips, no staples) (Please see requirements in General Guidelines Session)
4. Visa Fee 50.00 Euro (Please see payment method in General Guidelines Session)
5. Letter of request from applicant's company (Type of business, applicant”s name, passport details, position in company and travel dates must be included)
6. Letter of Invitation from Myanmar company / organization and a copy of company registration (certificate of incorporation)
7. Forms prescribed by Myanmar Investment Commission / Ministries concerned e.g. Form 6/ Form 26 by the Ministry of Commerce
8. Self-addressed return envelope with French stamps for registered letter or courier satchel large enough to hold all passports for safe return. For international return mailings, enclose a postage fee of minimum 10 Euro in cash (or) available with DHL Courier Services for return. (cheque and bank transfer are not accepted. International coupons for postage fee are not accepted.)
9. There is no express service available.
10. Incomplete application will be rejected at the counter. Incomplete application through courier service shall send back to its original destination.

MULTIPLE JOURNEY ENTRY BUSINESS VISAS

Multiple journey entry business (MJEV) visas are for those who has been granted at least two single entry business visas by Embassy in Paris. The person who has been granted single entry business can apply initially MJEV 3 months and then MJEV 6 months to MJEV one year.

REQUIREMENTS TO BE SENT TO EMBASSY (per applicant)

1. Original Passport with at least six months validity and three blank pages
2. TWO application forms of business visa (Download PDF)
3. TWO recent passport size colour biometric photos with white background (Please glue and no clips, no staples) (Please see requirements in General Guidelines Session)
4. Letter of request from applicant's company for requesting Multiple Journey Entry Visa. (Please state why it is necessary for this type of visa.)
5. Letter of Invitation from Myanmar company / organization and a copy of company registration (certificate of incorporation)
6. Visa Fee 180.00 Euro (for MJEV 3 months), 360.00 Euro (for MJEV 6 months) and 540.00 Euro (for MJEV one year)
7. Copy of the previous visas that have been granted by the Embassy
8. There is no express service available.
9. Incomplete application will be rejected at the counter. Incomplete application through courier service shall send back to its original destination.
